Building has been refurbished to a high standard in order to provide prayer halls on basement and ground floor and offices on first and second floors. Building has been stripped off from all the services including water, gas, electricity and communications. New services have been designed including a VAV air conditioning system. Project is handled via Malachy Walsh and Partners.
