Basra Sport City; Design checker for the Project: Prestigious project incorporating practice facilities, state of art 65000 seat football stadium, housing ticket booths and entrance gates, hotels, apartments complete self sufficient project including energy generation, water treatment plant and home for the Iraqi national Team. Project MEP services managed with Malachy Walsh and Partners. AMBS / BWS (Baker Wilkins)  are the lead Deaign management consultants representing the client. Edge Structures, Arturus Architects are responsible for the Architectural compliance with FIFA requirements. Project designed by 360 Architects based in Kansas USA, and WSP+FK based in USA. Complex will be ready for the opening of Arab Golf Tournument in 2013.
